Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee, as the time reserved for you is set aside specifically and often cannot be filled on short notice.

If you’re unable to make your appointment due to illness or an emergency, please text 256-361-9304 as soon as possible. We offer a one-time annual courtesy with a 50% reduced fee to help balance your needs while allowing us to care for all of our clients.
