48-Hour Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens—unexpected illness or emergencies, like car accidents or other unforeseen events, can arise. To ensure I can continue offering the best care and availability to all of my clients: 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee, as the time reserved for you is set aside specifically and often cannot be filled on short notice. I offer a one-time courtesy per year, at my discretion, where a reduced fee (50% of the session cost) may apply.
