Description
This 60 minute session combines Reiki with sound healing to create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and a crystal pyramid are incorporated with Reiki to encourage relaxation, quiet the mind, and help release physical and emotional tension. This session is a space to slow down, disconnect from the demands of daily life, and reconnect with a greater sense of calm, balance, and well being.
